Shop space.

It’s an ever-present debate regarding the rental of a shop space to do my work rather than building a large shed in the back yard. Unfortunately, Austin warehouses are not cheap, and it’s very difficult to find a place that will allow painting, not to mention the expense of getting a certified paint booth, more tools, a store front, etc, etc, etc.

I just answered my own question.
